Use the formulas below to find out how large the image will be when you know the distance from projector to screen, or to find out how far from the screen to place the projector if you want an image of a certain size. Since you can change the image size by adjusting the zoom, formulas are given for calculating both minimum and maximum sizes.

Note: You can set the projector to automatically turn off the projector lamp and enter “sleep mode” when it has not received any signals for 30 minutes. This conserves electricity, cools the projector, and extends the life of the lamp.
This feature is convenient for ceiling-mounted projectors because you can simply flip a switch connected to the power outlet for the projector to turn it on or off. For desktop or table-top use, you can quickly unplug the projector immediately without having to wait for it to cool down.
Caution: Do not use glass cleaner to clean the lens. Cleaning the Projector Before you clean the case, first turn off the projector and unplug the power cord. To remove dirt or dust, wipe the case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
