Returning the DHW cylinder into use

Commissioning, inspection, maintenance
1. Reconnect the DHW cylinder to the
pipework.
2. Insert new gaskets H underneath
flange cover E or underneath cylin-
der locking cap F.
3. Mount flange cover E or cylinder
locking cap F with stainless steel

disc G and tighten with the required
torque.

■ Cylinder locking cap: 160 Nm
H
■ Flange cover: 40 Nm
4. Fill the DHW cylinder from the DHW
side.
5. When the DHW cylinder is pressur-
ised, retighten the screws on flange
cover E with a torque of 40 Nm.
6. Mount thermometer sensor D, ther-
mal insulation mat C and cover B
or top panel A.
