Using the TimeShift Mode function

After selecting the T T i i m m e e S S h h i i f f t t M M o o d d e e O O n n , press the O O K K button.
As soon as TimeShift Mode starts, a progress bar indicat-
ing the current recording status is displayed in the bot-
tom of the screen.
Press the E E X X I I T T button to hide the 'Progress Bar' or press
the O O K K button to display the 'Progress Bar'.
This function is preserved even when changing a pro-
gramme or progressing the TimeShift Mode.

When finishinging with the TimeShift Mode function, enter
the option menu and turn T T i i m m e e S S h h i i f f t t M M o o d d e e O O f f f f .
! NOTE
DVR ( Digital Video Recorder ) : A device which
records and plays broadcast programme contents
onto a hard disk in set or SET TOP BOX.
The total storage space of the hard-disk is 1 60 GB.
4 GB minimum is reserved for TimeShift Mode.
When turning power on, it may take up to a maxi-
mum of 3 minutes to initialise the HDD.
The Recording function will not initiate for a
copy-protected programme.
Because an analogue broadcast is converted to a
digital signal, video that contains rapid move-
ment may show "cross stripes". This happens
when the analogue signal is compressed and

This function indicates a possible DVR reshowing
section ,a current on-screen and real live broad-
casting position.

TimeShift Mode is available for Audio only channels.
When pressing the P P a a u u s s e e ( ( I I I I ) ) button in TimeShift
Off mode, TimeShift starts. TimeShift remains active
even when you change channels.
In the case of DTV, the maximum DTV recording
duration displayed in Free space can be slightly
different from the actual maximum recording
duration.
