Filling and venting on the primary side
3. Fill the primary circuit with Viessmann heat transfer
medium and vent.
Note
Depending on the main heat source, the following
minimum frost protection must be observed:
Ground (brine/water direct) = –16.1 °C (freezing
■
point)
■
Water (water/water with intermediate circuit) =
–9.0 °C (freezing point)
■
Air (air/water as AW package) = –20.4 °C (freez-
ing point)
!
Please note
Leaking hydraulic connections lead to appli-
ance damage.
■
Check tightness of the internal and on-site
hydraulic connections.
In the event of leaks, switch OFF the appli-
■
ance immediately. Drain the primary circuit
and check the seating of the seals.
Always replace damaged or displaced
seal rings.
Fill and vent hydraulic module defrost box (if available)
!
Please note
Commissioning when the hydraulic module is
empty causes appliance damage.
Fill and vent the hydraulic module defrost box
before connecting the power supply.
Note
Before filling the hydraulic module, observe
VDI 2035 part 1.
