7. Connector Pin Assignment

Tables 1, 2 show the correspondence between the pin numbers for flat cable connectors A and B,
the evaluation MCU on the adapter board, and the mass production MCU.
For details on the mass production MCU pins, refer to the data sheet or hardware manual of each
MCU.
The tables use the following notation.
: VCC
: GND
" - " : Not connected (open) pin.
* : Fixed connection to ground on the header board via a 100 kΩ resistance.

The evaluation MCU power supply pins (UVCC, SCVCC) are as follows:
UVCC = D3, E2, H3, K1, M4, N4, T5, W1, V3, AA3, AD2, AD6, AA10, AB10, AF10, AE14
SCVCC = M3
The mass production MCU power supply (VCC) pin numbers are 34, 89, 105, 133, 149, 176.
The evaluation MCU ground pins (UVSS, VSST, SCVSS) are as follows:
UVSS = C1, A1, J4, L5, N1, R2, T6, V4, Y5, AE3, AE5, AB8, AE8, AB11, AB14, AF18
VSST = C2, AA18, AB20, AD25, AB25, Y25, U24, B21, N25, L25, K23, G25, E25, B24, D22,
A21, C19, B17, F14, E13, D12, B9, B7, F7
SCVSS = M6
The mass production MCU ground (VSS) pin numbers are 1, 33, 44, 88, 104, 132, 148.
