Connecting VAIO Computers

You may use an optional i.LINK
cable (not supplied) to connect your VAIO
computer to another VAIO computer that has
®1
®
the preinstalled Microsoft
Windows
XP operating system. Once you connect the two systems, you can use one computer
®
®
to edit, copy, or delete files on the other computer. You can also print from a printer that is attached to either computer.
To connect VAIO computers that do not have the Windows
XP operating system, consult the Sony Web site for support
®
options (http://www.sony.com/pcsupport).
Connecting with an i.LINK cable
When you connect two VAIO computers, you must assign each computer a unique name. The computers can be
