    • Locate the Finderscope (1) with pre-assembled mounting bracket. Remove the two nuts located near the front of the telescope (closet to the eyepiece) and place the Finderscope and bracket assembly over the exposed screws. Replace the nuts, and securely tighten the Finderscope and bracket assembly in place.
  • Page 3 2. The 4mm lens is a traditional telescope eyepiece and will provide an image that on land will very clearly deliver an image that is upside down. However, this is normal and becomes unimportant as you view objects in the night sky.

    At higher magnifications especially, you will notice that the moon or Jupiter will “race” right out of the field of view. To compensate, just move the fine adjustment controls on your telescope to “track” it in the necessary path.
