⑵ Open the terminal cover(negative side)
⑶ Remove the nut and bolt shown in the figure and remove the ground plate.
• Installing a ground plate with a failed battery (stuck internal relay)
can cause a short circuit.
Remove and store the ground plate from the battery.
⑷ Open the terminal cover (positive side)
⑸ Verify that the generation of voltage does not occur using a tester.
