Check load / load distribution,
reduce load if necessary
Tighten Screw connections on energized ter-
minals, torque values see chap. 6, table 6.2
Check the ventilation ducts on the housing,
fan and cooler, replace defective component if
necessary
Check the function of the relevant sensor,
if necessary, replace the sensor
Check voltage, reduce voltage if necessary
Adjust inrush current
Clean the transformer, see chap. 8.
Check ventilation, remove water, clear water
drainage,
Clean the transformer, see chap. 8, check ven-
tilation
Check screw connections, see chap. 8.
Call customer service - Do not switch the
transformer on again!
