Touch the button: the griddle will turn on; a lamp test will occur, and the zone will then be ready
for temp regulation/setting.
LOCK
It is possible to lock the control panel while the cooking zones are in operation, in order to prevent
accidental changes of the power level. To activate the function, press the button for three seconds; the corre-
sponding indicator turn red and blinks. To deactivate the function, touch the button again; the previously set
power level lights up.
