How the System Works The internal fan pulls air into the air puri er which then passes through the pre- lter, where larger airborne particles such as pet hair & dander are trapped. The smaller particles that pass through the pre- lter are then captured the by the True HEPA lter, which removes up to 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns. -

Cleaning & Maintenance RESETTING FILTER TIME INDICATOR HEPA Filter Indicator Light: Your Hunter air puri er is programmed to remind you to ® replace the HEPA lter after 6 months, based on continuous use (approximately 4,320 hours). This indicator is only a guide. Depending on air quality and environmental factors, HEPA lter may need to be replaced more regularly. -

Filter Maintenance We recommend periodically checking and replacing lters for optimal performance. • Under normal conditions of continuous use, the pre- lter should be replaced every 3 months (approximately 2,160 hours) and the HEPA lter should be replaced every 6 months (approximately 4,320 hours). -
