Intelligent temperature control mode
At times when it is unpleasantly hot and humid, such as after
bathing in summer, the hot air temperature is controlled
automatically depending on the room temperature, to allow
comfortable drying.

Do this when you wish to reduce the hot sensation of hot
air following procedure 2 on P.11

Press and hold the mode
switching button for
1 second or more when
using HOT [ ] or [ ].
• ([HOT] changes to blinking)

Dry your hair overall.
• Press and hold the mode switching
button again for 1 second or more to
return to normal hot air.
• The appliance will return to hot air mode
once the power switch is turned off.

To increase hair volume
Lift the base of your hair and
apply the hot air from the
bottom to the top.
To decrease hair volume
Run your hand through your hair in the
same direction as the hair fl ow, and
apply hot air from the top to bottom.
To set your hair
1. Dampen the area of your hair you want to set with water etc.
• Massage your hair so that water etc. penetrates to the
inner side.
2. Select [
] with the power switch.
3. Select [HOT] with the mode
switching button and apply hot air.
To make your hair setting last longer
Apply cold air to the area of your hair you want to set after
applying hot air.
►Note
• Wave perms may temporarily become easy to stretch when
you apply nanoe™ and mineral ion to your hair, but return to
their original state when you apply water or styling agents.
