PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY
Tools required:
• #2 Phillips screwdriver (not provided)
• The following parts are provided:
Ro sserie motor
Motor support bracket
(2) M6x13 screws and two (2) M6 compression washers
NOTES:
• Rotisserie kit comes with 2 (two) motor brackets. Use appropriate bracket for your model.
• To make this rotisserie kit usable on all existing HB outdoor grills, two different-size motor
support brackets are included in one rotisserie kit. For OG02 models, please use the bracket
where the screw holes are closer together (about 40 mm). The bracket with the screws farther
apart is for OG01 and OG03 models (about 60 mm).
1. Screw handle onto the threaded end of the rotisserie rod. See Fig. A.
2. Mount the motor bracket to the firebox side by using 2 (two) screws as shown in Fig. B
below. Slide the motor onto the motor bracket as show in Fig. C below, depending on the
type of grill. For Type OG01 and OG03, slide motor onto the motor bracket with the power
cord on the bottom. For Type OG02, slide motor onto the motor bracket with the power
cord on the top.
3. Tie chicken and large pieces of meat tightly with cotton string to prevent meat from hitting
cooking grate as shown in Fig. D below. Search "How to Truss a Chicken for Rotisserie" on
the Internet for instructions.
