Playing back the HD audio of Blu-ray
Disc by DENON LINK 4th
When playing a Blu-ray Disc, you can play back jitter-free HD
audio.

Connect the AVP-A1HDCI / AVR-5308CI to a
DENON LINK 4th compatible Blu-ray Disc player
using DENON LINK cable and HDMI cable.
See the Owner's Manual of each device for information on how
to connect.

Assign "DENON LINK" to the input source to be

Assign the HDMI input terminal connected to the

When playing back a Blu-ray Disc, the disc is automatically played
back in DENON LINK 4th.
NOTE
If the audio input mode is not set to " Auto",
jitter-free playback is not possible.

Playback matched to the input signal type and surround mode
begins.

to operate.
During jitter-free playback, the player's DENON LINK CLOCK
CONTROL indicator lights.

Manual of the player for more information.
If you play back anything other than a Blu-ray Disc with the input mode
set to "Auto", playback will automatically be in DENON LINK 3rd.
NOTE
• Jitter-free playback is not enabled when the input mode is set to
"HDMI". Playback is in HDMI.
• When the input mode is set to "Digital", playback is in DENON LINK
3rd, and Blu-ray Disc audio is not played back.
