2 Touch an appointment on the calendar to view the details.

Flick to view the details or the attendees of the appointment.

Touch to edit the appointment.

Touch to delete the appointment.

Touch and select reply to e-mail the meeting organizer of this
appointment; select reply all to e-mail all the attendees.

Touch to send an e-mail to the attendees informing them that you will
be late for the appointment.

Indicates this is a recurring appointment.
Event reminders
If you set a reminder for an event, the upcoming appointment tile
appears in the notifications area of the status bar when
the reminder time arrives.
