General problems

Symptoms
The unit cannot be
powered on.
Remote controller does
not work.
No sound comes out or
it 's hard to hear.
Poor or distorted sound.
User settings are lost when the
car is turned off.
Causes
The unit's fuse has blown.
One of the car's fuses
has blown.
Or general malfunction
Battery has been exhausted.
Battery is not installed correctly.
Audio output connection is not correct.
The volume level is set to the minimum level.
The speakers have been damaged.
The audio channel outputs are not balanced.
The speaker wire is touching the car body.
The disc is copied or pirated
The speakers' power rating does not match
the unit's output.
The speakers are connected incorrectly.,
The speaker wire is touching the car body.
The ACC wire and battery are not
connected correctly.
Install a new fuse with the correct rating.
Install a new fuse with the correct rating.
Reset the unit.
Change the battery.
