  • Page 6 Insert the Batteries and a Memory Card Step If a memory card is inserted, images are saved on the memory card when you take images. If a memory card is not inserted, images are saved in the camera’s internal memory. 1 Open the battery-chamber/memory card slot cover.
  • Page 7 When Inserting Batteries or a Memory Card Confirm that the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals are oriented correctly. Inserting the memory card upside down or backwards could damage the camera and the memory card. Make sure that the memory card is correctly oriented. Removing the Batteries and the Memory Card Turn the camera off and make sure that the power-on lamp and the monitor have turned off, and then open the battery-chamber/memory card slot cover.

When the deletion screen is displayed, use the multi selector HI to select Current image and press the k button. When the confirmation dialog is displayed, select Yes and press the k button to delete the image that is displayed.

    Using ViewNX 2 ViewNX 2 is an all-in-one software package which enables you to transfer, view, edit and share images. Install ViewNX 2 using the included ViewNX 2 CD-ROM.
