PROBLEM
SOLUTION '
BD-LIVE
I cannot connect to the SO-LIVE server.
When using the BO-L1VE service, an error
occurs.
• Check whether the network connection is successful or not by using the
Network Status menu. (See page 41)
• Check whether the USB memory device is connected to the player.
• The memory device must have at least 1GB of free space to accommodate
the BO-L1VE service.
You can check the available size in BO Data Management. (See page 42)
• Check whether the SO-LIVE Internet Connection menu is set to Allow(AII).
• If all above fails, contact the contents provider or update the player to the
latest firmware.
• The memory device must have at least 1GS of free space to accommodate
the BO-L1VE service.
You can check the available size in BO Oata Management. (See page 42)

NOTE
• When the factory default settings are restored, all stored user BO data is deleted.
Repairs
If you contact us to repair your player, an administration fee may be charged if either:
1. An engineer is called out to your home at your request and there is no defect in the product.
2.
You bring the unit to a repair center and there is no defect in the product.
We will provide you with the amount of the administration fee before we make a home visit or begin any
work on your player.
