Before requesting a warranty service:
1. Make sure you have followed the installation, use
and care instructions stated in the use & care
manual.
2. Locate and have at hand the warranty which should
be properly stamped by the establishment that sold
the product, or the sales receipt, invoice or voucher.
3. Write down the brand, model and serial number of
the product and have at hand paper and a pencil.
4. In the attached directory, locate the nearest Service
Centre and call to report your appliance fault.
