• Make sure the Audio Output and HDMI Audio Output options are set to the correct audio port for
your video device.
• If you turn the projector on immediately after turning it off, the cooling fans may run at high speed
momentarily and cause an unexpected noise. This is normal.

Solutions to PC Free Problems

If you are having problems with the PC Free feature on your projector, try the following solutions:
• If any file names are longer than the display area or include unsupported symbols, the displayed file
names are shortened or changed in PC Free. To avoid this, shorten or change the file name on the
USB drive.
• If you are using a USB device with a slow transfer speed, you may not be able to project movies
correctly.
• You cannot play movies saved with a movie codec other than H.264 and H.265. (H.265 only supports
Main Profile.)
• You cannot play audio saved with an audio codec other than LPCM and AAC-LC.
