Upgrading the Firmware of the SRW224G4P through Web Interface
Via HTTP Upgrade:
Step 1:
Download the latest firmware from www.linksys.com/download to your desktop.
Step 2:
Accessed the switch's web interface via http://192.168.1.254 (this assumes that the switch is
on default settings).
Step 3:
On the login screen, enter admin on the username field and leave the password blank.
Step 4:
Once logged in, go to Admin>HTTP Upgrade. Browse for the firmware file then click on
Proceed.
Via TFTP Upgrade:
Note: A TFTP Server Software is required for the following procedures. Please refer to the software's guide or
developer for its proper configuration.
Step 1:
