Connection jacks

The following image illustrates the connection jacks on the back panel of Avaya J159 IP Phone.
It describes which device to connect to which jack.

Description
Used to navigate on the phone screen.
• Up and Down arrow keys: To scroll up and down.
• Right and Left arrow keys: To move cursor in the text input
field, and to toggle values in the selection fields.
• OK button: To select the action assigned to the first soft key.
Displays the list of menu options, such as Options & Settings,
Logout, VPN Settings, and Network Information. This is an
application key.
Displays the entries in your Contact list. This is an application
key.
Displays all the recent calls. This is an application key.
Used to transfer a call.
Used to turn on headset, and also to toggle your call from the
speaker to headset.
Used to initiate a conference call.
Used to dial the phone extensions or enter alphanumeric
characters and special symbols.
Used to receive and make calls.
Used to adjust volume of a handset, speaker, or ringtone.
• (+) : To increases the volume.
• (-): To decrease the volume.
