VR-760 System Update

Compact Flash Update

Tools Needed:

1. VR-760 UPDATE DATA for SERVICE CD-ROM (#17041265)

2. Compact Flash (4 MB or more)

3. Computer with a Compact Flash reader/writer

Procedure:

Create the update card:

1. Turn on the computer.

2. Insert an 8 MB or greater Compact Flash in the Compact Flash reader/writer connected

to the computer and format the card.

3. Insert the UPDATE CD-ROM (17041265) in the computer and display the CD-ROM' s

" CARD"

4. folder.

5. Copy the files in " CARD" to the Compact Flash.

Update Procedure:

NOTE: Never turn off the VR-760' s power while the update is in progress.

1. Insert the formatted update card in the VR-760.

2. Hold down ONE TOUCH ORGAN and H-BAR MANUAL, and turn on the power to the

VR-760.

A screen like the following appears in the LCD, and the program update begins

automatically.

3. When the update is completed, turn off the power to the VR-760.
