IMPORTANT: SPECIAL OFFER AND SUPERIOR SPECIAL WARRANTY VALID ONLY IN THE COUNTRY OF ACQUISITION OF THE PRODUCTS AND ONLY FOR THE ORIGINAL
PARTS AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE OF THEM, DETAILED IN THIS DOCUMENT.

Terms:
10-year warranty in motor, including labor.
ATTENTION: This offer and Superior Special Warranty- hereinafter the Special Warranty- comprises the original part - henceforth the warranted part - of the purchased product. It
does not include the labor costs for the replacement of the warranted part, the transfer for repair, the diagnostic costs of the product. The foregoing, except for the countries of
Guatemala, Honduras and the Dominican Republic where the warranted part, the labor costs for the replacement and the eventual transfer of the product to replace it are part of the
warranty. In these cases, the diagnostic costs of the product will only be covered in case the result of the same indicates a failure in the warranted piece.
For all countries, the additional components or accessories to the warranted part are not included in this Special Warranty.
This Special Warranty, because it is superior to the one normally granted (the one found in the Certificate of Warranty of the purchased product), applies only and strictly to the original
warranted part, so it does not include or imply the renewal of this Special Warranty with respect to Ia eventual piece given as a replacement of the warranted piece, Ia that will have
its own independent minimum legal, normal and usual warranted..
In order to enforce this Special Warranty, the original invoice or purchase receipt of the product to which the warranted piece corresponds must be presented. For Colombia, the
invoice will be required only in the cases that local regulations permit.

1. Manufacturer / importer / Marketer / Guarantor :
For the purposes of this Warranty Certificate, they shall have the character of Guarantor with respect to the warranted piece:
In Guatemala: Whirlpool Guatemala, S.A .; in Mexico Whirlpool México, S. de R.L. de C.V., in Colombia: Whirlpool Colombia S.A.S .; in Ecuador: Whirlpool Ecuador S.A .; in El
Salvador: Whirlpool El Salvador S.A. of C.V .; in Puerto Rico: Whirlpool Corporation.
In the countries mentioned in the previous paragraph, the Warranty granted through this Warranty Certificate is limited only to the original parts described in this document of products
distributed and / or marketed by the entities indicated above in each of the countries.
In Costa Rica, Honduras and the Dominican Republic, the guarantor will be covered by this Warranty, the corresponding distributor, and the present is not valid without its signature
and / or corresponding stamp.
2. Conditions of validity of the Warranty :
Special superior, special term and the rights of the Beneficiary / Holder: The Beneficiary / Holder of this Special Warranty has the right to demand from the Guarantor, who in turn is
obliged to grant once and for all the Beneficiary / Holder, a new piece without cost and same benefits to the original in replacement of the warranted piece during the term of validity
of this Special Warranty, provided that the warranted piece must be replaced due to inconveniences or malfunctions of the same as well as to fail under normal conditions of use of
the product.
The special term of validity of the Special Warranty granted through this is from _10_ years counted from the date of original purchase of the product to which the warranted piece
corresponds, by the final consumer, and applies only and strictly to The original warranted piece (and not the optional piece given as a replacement for the warranted piece). The
Guarantor agrees to grant the replacement part - which will enjoy minimum legal, normal and usual warranty according to the current legislation of each country - within a term of thirty
(30) consecutive days, counted from the date of entry of The request, except for possible delays in the shipment of spare parts, when they come from abroad or in the lack of provision
and / or existence of the same for reasons external to the Guarantor or by fortuitous event or force majeure.
During the first year of validity, the provisions of the Warranty Certificate of the product of which the warranted part is a part shall apply. The validity and term of the Special Warranty
granted through this, are subject to the fact that the purchased product of which the warranted piece is part is destined to an exclusively domestic use in accordance with the other
conditions established in this Certificate and that it is used in conditions normal in a whole according to the specifications, terms and conditions indicated in the User Manual of the
acquired product. Additionally, the validity of this Special Warranty is subject to the use and installation of the product to which the warranted part belongs, in accordance with the
instructions and recommendations established in the User's Manual.
This Special Warranty ends once the special term expires, when the product to which the warranted part belongs has been replaced or when the original part has been replaced with
a new one. In this sense, in this last case, the new piece that is granted will not continue within the special validity of this warranty nor will it have a renewal thereof in the terms
described herein. That is, the regular and minimum warranty that the legislation indicates will be applied. In the event that the product is replaced, the new product will also enjoy the
minimum legal warranty according to the regulations of each country. The request for compliance with this Special Warranty may be made personally and / or by telephone and / or
by email to the Guarantor's Customer Service Center.
3. This Warranty on the warranted piece does not include:
● The coverage exceptions mentioned in the Warranty Certificate of the product to which the warranted piece belongs and that have affected it such as the damages caused by the
installation and / or incorrect, inappropriate and / or illegal use of the product.
● The labor necessary for the replacement of the warranted part and / or for the necessary technical diagnosis before the failure of the product of which the warranted part is a part,
with the exception of Guatemala, Honduras and the Dominican Republic.
● Failures, damages and / or defects caused and / or originating in the transport and / or manipulation and / or intervention of technicians and / or person and / or any third party not
authorized by the Guarantor about the product, the warranted piece and / or relation to replacement parts at the time of their placement by these technicians and / or persons and /
or third parties not authorized by the Guarantor.
● The expenses of freight / transport and / or delivery of the replacement part, with the exception of Guatemala, Honduras and the Dominican Republic.
● The mechanical and / or electrical parts accessory to the warranted piece.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When the repair and / or manipulation of the product and / or warranted part is performed by technical services not authorized by the Guarantor and / or by the
use of non-original parts, the Special Warranty granted will be without effect.
This Special Warranty does not constitute and under no circumstances may be interpreted as an extension or additional term in the terms and conditions of the legal warranty of the
product and its components established by local law. This Special Warranty does not extend or grant the Beneficiary / Owner thereof more rights than those expressly indicated in
this document. This is without prejudice to the mandatory rights that each country recognizes, which will be effective according to the terms and deadlines of the applicable local law
in case of divergence.
This Special Warranty is granted only and strictly for the warranted special pieces indicated at the beginning of this document, of the product models indicated in this
Certificate and acquired in the premises indicated in point 1 of this, valid only in the countries indicated.
