TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
Indicator light on.
Indicator light on.
Indicator blinks.
The ice maker stops
working.
The ice basket is full
but the indicator does
not illuminate.

Possible Causes
Low water level or lack of
water.
The water screen at the
bottom of water reservoir is
blocked.
Pump malfunction.
Ice basket is full and the
infrared light is blocked by
the ice.
Emitting tube & receiving tube
not working.
The ice export is blocked.
The ice tray is not in the
correct position.
The "ice full" condition can not
be detected as the infrared
light module is interfered by
excessive sunlight.
Solution
Stop making ice. Refill water
and press Start/Stop button to
restart the ice making cycle.
Follow cleaning steps on page
10.
Call the Customer Care team
for advice.
Remove ice from ice basket.
Wipe up the foreign objects on
emitting tube & receiving tube
and restart the ice maker.
Call the Customer Care team if
the emitting tube & receiving
tube still can not work after
wiping up the foreign objects
on them and restarting the ice
maker.
Remove ice, if the ice export
is blocked, otherwise,
call Customer Service for
assistance.
Remove the ice in the ice
tray and press the Start/Stop
button to restart the appliance.
Call Customer Care team if
the appliance still does not
work after restart.
Unplug the appliance and
move it to a place which is
not exposed to excessive
sunlight. Then plug the
appliance in and try it again.
