1.1 Screw the Din 300 in to the high pressure cylinder valve (Fig. 1) making certain all components
are clean and dry. Tighten securely by hand only. Do NOT use tools to tighten.
1.2 Connect the Din 300 with quick disconnect socket to the fill fitting on the PCP airgun (Fig. 2).
Close the vent on the Din 300 fill station to prevent leaks. Ensure the air rifle you are filling has a
1/8 male Industrial Interchange quick disconnect, see figure 1.4a. Pull the sleeve/collar back on
the quick disconnect #6 and Connect the fill station female quick disconnect socket (part #6) to
the fill nipple on your PCP air gun.
BE SECURE!
Do not force it on and if it does not fit properly do not fill. See figure 1.4c.
1.3 MAKE SURE CONNECTION IS SECURE.
1.4 Open the bulk cylinder valve slowly. You should hear the airgun filling with air. A complete fill
should take no more than approximately 5 seconds. View the gauge on the gun to prevent over
filling the gun reservoir and causing valve lock.
1.5 Check the airgun pressure gauge for complete fill per the air gun manufacturers recommendation.
Upon completion of filling, close the valve on the bulk cylinder. Open the vent on the Din 300 fill
adapter to relieve pressure. Then disconnect the quick disconnect from the gun. If you are finished
with the bulk cylinder remove the Din 300 fill adapter by turning counter-clockwise direction.
NOTE: Keep the adaptor clean and dry. Periodically inspect the hose for any show of wear.
WARNING: Do NOT disconnect the hose under pressure. Disconnecting the
hose under pressure could cause damage to the hose fitting and personal

injury to the operator.
