You can see the error code blinking on the Boiler display display.
On the Rinnai WiFi thermostat you can see both the error (on the left) and the boiler model (on the
IMPORTANT
right):
It is necessary to hold down the button
functioning and cancel the error.
If the error code persists, please call the authorised personnel from Rinnai.

Suggestion
- Contact CHNZ

- Check the pressure gauge placed on the frontal panel
and follow the filling instruction.
- Check if the condensation drain system is obstructed.
- Verify that the exhaust system is not obstructed.
- Turn off/on the boiler : if the error code remains, please
contact CHNZ.

- Press the button CH (or DHW) twice to turn off and on
the function.

- Check the DHW/CH taps below the boiler are open;
