carefully and keep them for further consultation. The module MIR LUX is specially designed for the control of lighting devices powerwd to the mains voltage. All other use beyond the field
defined by MASTER S.p.A. is forbidden. This, as well as the breach of the instructions given in this guide, shall release MASTER S.p.A. from any liability and shall annul the product
warranty.

02. ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS

The supply line must be equipped with a circuit breaker. The installer must fit an isolation device (with 3,5 mm minimum opening on

The product doesn't provide any protection against overloads or short circuits. You must provide, on the supply line, an adequate protection to the
load, for example a fuse
The section of the connecting cables must be proportionate to their length and to the absorption of the load, and in any case not less than 1,5 mm

02.1 Power supply
The module can be powered at 120 Vac or 230 Vac. The supply voltage must be
applied to terminals 1 and 2.
02.2 Connecting the lighting device
The lighting device must be connected to terminals 6 and 7.
02.3 Connecting the command buttons (optional)
The button must be connected to terminals 4 and 5. You must use momentary (hold-
to-run) command button, do not use button with maintained position. More
command buttons can be connected via a parallel connection.
03. FIRST INSTALLATION
01. Give power to the module. The lighting device emits 4 short flashes.
02. Within 15 sec press STOP of transmitter you want memorize.
03. The lighting device emits 1 short flash to indicate that the operation

04. MEMORIZATION / DELETION OF A TRANSMITTER
01. If is lit, turn off the lighting device to see the blinking signals.
02. Press for approximately 5 seconds the PROG button of a transmitter already memorized.

05. COMMAND FROM TRANSMITTER
UP:
switch ON the lighting device
DOWN / STOP:
switch OFF the lighting device
FOR ME:
if the lighting device is OFF, it switches ON. After the working time (see section 08. WORKING TIME), if the lighting device is still lit is automatically turned OFF.
STOP + FOR ME: activates the "presence simulator" (for details see section 09. PRESENCE SIMULATOR)
06. COMMAND FROM BUTTON
The button can operate in "Manual power off mode" or in "Auto power off mode" (see section 07. OPERATING LOGIC OF BUTTON).
"Manual power off mode": - to turn ON the lighting device briefly press the button
- to turn OFF the lighting device briefly press the button
"Auto power off mode":- to turn ON the lighting device briefly press the button; when working time is elapsed the lighting device will turn automatically OFF.
- to turn OFF the lighting device briefly press the button
- a long pressure (greater than 5 sec) turns on the lighting device; to turn it OFF you must press button again. The lighting device signals this particular condition

08. WORKING TIME
If you turn on the lighting device by pressing FOR ME on transmitter or by pressing the button (only if this is in «automantic power off mode»), after the working time set the lighting
device will turn off automatically. The working time is adjustable from 1 minute to 240 minutes. The factory sets the working time to 2 minutes. To modify this parameter:

09. PRESENCE SIMULATOR

This function can be useful when you intend to simulate the presence of an individual inside a building. Once activated, this function turns on the lighting device for a time varying from 1
to 3 minutes, for 3 times; each activation will occur at a distance from 1 to 3 hours from each other. At the end of the three activations the function is automatically deactivated.
To activate the function:

To deactivate the function: press any button on the transmitter, or press the button connected to terminals 3 and 4 of the device. If the buttons are not pressed, the device disables the
function automatically at the end of the three activations
10. RESET
WARNING: This procedure restores the receiver to the default conditions (factory settings). This procedure must only be carried out by qualified technical staff. Having
carried out the reset procedure, the qualified technician must promptly carry out all the installation operations described at section 03. FIRST INSTALLATION
10.1 USING TRANSMITTER

indicate that factory conditions are restored.
04. Switch off power supply to the module.
05. Restore the connections (see section 02).
06. Reinstall the module (see section 03).
