Removing the power transformer
Prior to performing the following procedures, remove
the top cover.
1.
Disconnect the harness from the connector CN55
/CN56 and CN811 on the power trans1 board.
2.
Unsolder seven solder parts on the power trans2
board .
3.
Remove the four screws M attaching the power
transformer.
Removing the power/fuse board
Prior to performing the following procedure, remove
the top cover and rear panel.
1.
Unsolder seven solder parts on the power/fuse board.
2.
Remove the screw N attaching the power/fuse board.
Removing the power supply board
Prior to performing the following procedure, remove
the top cover and relay board.
1.
Cut off the tie band if needed.
2.
Disconnect the card wire from the connector CN402
on the power supply board.
3.
Disconnect the harness from the connector
CN55/CN56 on the power trans1 board (see fig.17).
4.
Remove the three screws O attaching the power
supply board and pull out the power supply board
removing the hook.
5.
Unsolder three solder parts on the power supply
board.
Removing the headphone jack board
Prior to performing the following procedure, remove
the top cover, front panel assembly and power supply
board.
1.
Disconnect the harness form the connector CN881on
the main board (see fig.13).
2.
Remove the nut fixing the headphone jack.
3.
Remove the screw P attaching the bracket and
remove the bracket.
4.
Drawn out the headphone jack board in the direction
of an inner side.
