To load a PRL into the phone

Use the "PRL" dialog box as shown below. Click the Load PRL From File button, and
choose the desired file, which will then appear in the list on the left side of the window.
Highlight the desired file in the list so that it is blue, then click the Write PRL To Phone
button. At the bottom of the window, a status message will indicate if the file was
loaded correctly or not.

To change between Local and Normal modes

To make a call, the phone should be in normal mode. In normal mode, the phone soft-
ware is running, and the phone will search for a pilot. To troubleshoot so that you can
manually control the phone (not in a call), the phone should be in local mode. In local
mode, the phone's software is not running and it will not search for a pilot. To switch
