SIM CAR
The 2115i/2116/2116i supports SIM CAR. Use the waveform in
sim_vcc, sim_i/o, cim_clk, and sim_rst signals are activated in the correct sequence at
power up. The figure shows the proper waveforms when the interface is working. See
Figure 23
