 Check for approximately 8 - 11VDC at
CN06 between pin 2 & pin 3.
 Check for approximately 2.25VDC
feedback at CN06 between pin 1 & pin 3.
 If the room temperature is 82°F or higher,
the fan will delay running for 5 minutes
after the compressor has started.
 If the room temperature is below 82°F, the
fan will start right away with the
compressor.
