You can restrict 5 different functions.

last 4 digits of your phone number.

RESTRICTING INCOMING CALLS
When this function is enabled, the phone does not respond to
incoming calls. However, outgoing calls can still be made.

RESTRICTING OUTGOING CALLS
When this function is enabled, incoming calls can be answered, but
outgoing calls cannot be made. It is still possible to make emergency
calls.

Select the parameter by using the
navigation key.
RESTRICT: restricts incoming calls.
ALLOW : allows incoming calls.

Select the parameter by using the navigation key.
RESTRICT: restricts outgoing calls.
ALLOW: allows outgoing calls.
