    Apogee. In the event your X-HD card needs to be upgraded or repaired, it is necessary to contact Apogee prior to shipping, and a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number will be assigned. This number will serve as a reference for you and helps facilitate and expedite the return process.

    (Pro Tools PCI card installed in computer) Like Digidesign interfaces, the X-HD card is equipped with two ports, Primary and Expansion. Please note that the Primary Port on the X-HD card is the LEFT connector when looking from the back of the unit.
