    Mini FireWire card – User’s Guide APOGEE ELECTRONICS Introduction The Mini FireWire card brings FireWire 400 conectivity to the Apogee MiniMe and MiniDAC digital audio interfaces. The Mini FireWire card is compatible with both Apple OS X and Windows XP computers.

    Working with Apple OS X Maestro A Mini FireWire-equipped host interface is recognized in Maestro, Apogee’s multi-function software utility. The following functions are available: Input level – the input level of the MiniMe/MiniDAC is displayed adjacent to the leftmost faders of Maestro’s Mixer page.

    Working with Windows XP Installing the Driver Load the included Apogee Software CD, and unzip the Minifw_Windows_XP_driver folder. Before starting the setup.exe driver installation program, disconnect the Mini FireWire card from the computer.
