Check the fuse/circuit breaker for the outlet to see if it has been tripped or blown. Check other
outlets to see if there is a GFI (Ground Fault Interrupt) outlet that is on the same circuit as the
outlet used for the unit and see if it needs to be reset. Connect the oven to another outlet to see if
unit is still operational. If the unit is still not working, please contact a local authorized servicer
for diagnosis and repair
What should I do when my microwave does not seem to be cooking food?

Perform the Basic Power Test:
1.
Fill a Pyrex measuring cup with 8 oz. of cold water.
2.
Place cup in microwave and Press [Quick Min] button.
3.
Press [Start] button (if needed)
4.
Check to see if water has warmed up:
a. If the water is warm, the unit is working correctly
b. If the water is still cold, the test has failed please contact a local Panasonic
