    English ATTACHING THE TERMINAL COVERS • Attach the terminal covers (supplied) after connec- tions and confirmation of correct operation. • Attaching the terminal covers will improve the ap- pearance of the unit. • How to attach the terminal covers: Attach the left and right terminal covers using the supplied M3 screws, as shown in the figure be- low.

    (remove the coating if necessary) of the car chassis. • If you add an optional noise suppressor, connect it as far away from the unit as possible. Your Alpine dealer carries various Alpine noise suppressors, con- tact them for further information.

    SWITCH SETTINGS Ç Input Gain Adjustment Control Set the MRP-M650/MRP-M450 input gain to the minimum (4V) position. Using a dynamic CD as a source, increase the head unit volume until the out- put distorts. Then, reduce the volume 1 step (or until the output is no longer distorted).
