Audio Measurements
The Audio In and Audio Out rear-panel connectors can be used to
transport an audio frequency signal to and from the DUT using a
Normal SCO Link.
Connections
Using the audio functions, you can send a signal from a known,
calibrated audio source via the test set and use an audio analyzer to
make measurements such as SINAD, frequency response, gain, noise,
and distortion on the recovered audio signal from the DUT. Similarly,
the reverse signal path may be tested. The audio signal is injected at
the DUT, recovered from the test set and measured. Figure 52 shows
some possible signal path configurations.
