3. In the Settings menu panel (on the left) press the "General" icon. In the main panel of your iPad
screen, tap the Bluetooth row.

Slide the Off switch to the On position (or press the Off icon once).
Your iPad will begin searching for any available Bluetooth Device. Be sure that the keyboard is on.
