After receiving the Skype chat message, the user needs
enter th
e office user's normal extension number. Depending
on how Exchange is configured, the chat message will tell
the user to enter the extension number either on
message window or through the Skype dial pad.

Advanced options are configured in the Settings tab of the
Exc
hange Administration Console. To open the Exchang
Adm
inistration Console:
1.
On the PC Server, log into one of the Windows user
accounts (user01, user02, user03, user04) that you
ac
tivated a Skype account in.
2.
Double click on the Exchange Administration Console's
desktop or system tray icon.
