NOTE: During cooking operation, you can press the SET button and use thumb
wheel to reset WORK TIME. You can also use just the thumb wheel to adjust the
desired temperature. If you see the current water temperature display flashing, it is
an indicator that you are in standby mode.
10. Cook your food. Once the water has reached your desired set temperature, the
alarm will beep four times to indicate that you can now immerse your sealed
bag of ingredients in.
NOTE: Food should only be cooked in a suitable Vacuum / Sealed Bag.
11. Once the WORK TIME counts down to 00:00, the unit will beep once and
return to standby mode. Use utensil to remove the sealed bag from the
Sous Vide with caution as water and circulator portion could be hot. Use a
temperature probe to ensure meat, poultry and pork products are cooked to a
safe temperature. Then serve, or if desired, sear on pan or grill to add a
browning appearance to the outside of the food.
12. When food is done Sous Vide is not in use. Hold the power button for three
seconds to turn off and unplugged power cord. If you push the power button
for less than three seconds during operation, the heating function will stop and
the current water temperature will flash to indicate you are in the
standby mode.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
CAUTION:
• Never use solvents and abrasives, hard brushes, metallic or sharp objects for
cleaning. Solvents are harmful to health and attack the plastic parts. Abrasive
cleaners and tools scratch the surface.
• The water in the container must be changed daily and the appliance must be
cleaned periodically.
• To avoid electric shocks that can cause serious personal injury, turn off and
unplug the device before cleaning.
CLEANING
1. Do not let water ever enter the apparatus.
2. The appliance must never be cleaned under running water or immerse it in
water.
3. Clean with a cloth or sponge dampened in soapy water absorbed immersion
parts of the appliance and dry with a soft cloth. Non-immersed parts clean
them with a cloth dry.
DISPOSAL
Proper disposal of this product.
