Care instructions
Bamboo and humidity:
• The bamboo surface should be left to temper, allowing the material to adjust
to the climate and humidity of the room.
• Never cover your bamboo furniture with plastic or sealed material for more
than 12 hours.
• Bamboo furniture should not be stored in environments with varying humidity.
Large changes in humidity can cause cracks in the furniture. Avoid unheated attics,
basements, outhouses and similar places.
Caring for your bamboo furniture:
• Cleaning, nurturing and other treatment should always be carried out in the
direction of the natural fibers of the bamboo.
• Avoid placing hot or wet items directly on the bamboo as this causes blotches
on the product.
• Avoid placing bamboo furniture next to strong heat sources like radiators as
this may affect the wood.
