WARNING!
Risk of discomfort
– When adjusting the tension of the chest strap,
make sure the rib cage is not compressed
based upon user's morphology.
Always check that hook and loop fasteners are well
positioned and make sure they perfectly overlap.
Chest cushion
Chest cushion A and its strap B installation and assessment,
must be carried out by an authorized dealer.

– The adjustments of the chest cushion must be
carried out by an authorized dealer.

Knee cushion
Knee cushion C and its strap D installation and assessment,
must be carried out by an authorized dealer.
WARNING!
Risk of injury
– The adjustments of the knee cushion must be
carried out by an authorized dealer.
These adjustments are required with reference to the
user's morphology and his particular physical limits.
Make sure that the knee cushion is fitted correctly
on each side. The fixations E must be locked into
position.

3.7 Anti-tipper

An anti-tipper prevents the wheelchair from tipping
backwards.
WARNING!
Risk of overturning
Anti-tippers that are incorrectly set or no longer
working can lead to overturning.
– Always check that the anti-tipper is working
before using the wheelchair and have it set
or readjusted by an authorized dealer when
required.
– In some configurations, the static stability of
the wheelchair may be lower than 10°; Invacare
strongly recommends the use of anti-tipper
(available as an option).
