Transferring a Call

To transfer an answered incoming call from a guest room:
1. Press the Close softkey.
The guest room information page is dismissed.
1. Press the Transfer softkey.
The active call is placed on hold.
2. Dial the extension number to which you want to transfer the call.
3. To transfer the call without announcement, return the handset to its cradle, or press
the Transfer softkey to complete the transfer.
Or
4. To announce the transfer, wait for the called party to answer. Then return the handset
to its cradle or press the Transfer softkey to complete the transfer.
Putting a Call on Hold
To place a caller on hold:
1. Press the Hold
hard key on the phone.
2. If you want to put a caller on hold to answer the next incoming call, press the PKM
button that displays the incoming call. This puts the other call on hold automatically.
The PKM square image on its display changes from red to flashing gold, with a pause
symbol.
3. To retrieve the call from hold, press the same PKM button again.

Guest Services

Viewing/Setting DND and Calling Restriction
To view the DND/restriction status (while on active call with guest):
1. The Services section displays the current DND and phone restriction of the active
guest room call.
2. To change the DND and Calling Restriction:
a. Tap the Services section of the display.
b. Change the DND or Calling restriction by tapping on that area of the display.
To view the DND/restriction status of a guest room (not on a call with a guest):
1. Press the Guest Services softkey and tap on the Room Search section of the
display.
2. Enter the room number for which you want to view or change DND/Calling Restriction
and press the Search softkey.

4. To change the DND and Calling Restriction:
a. Tap the Services section of the display.
b. Change the DND or Calling restriction by tapping on that area of the display.
Setting up Wake Up Calls
To set a wakeup call (while on active call with guest):
1. Tap the Wake Up area on the display.
2. Enter the Wake Up Time and use the NEXT softkey to adjust date if needed.
Note: If the guest wants a second wakeup call, use the Next softkey to advance to the second wake-up
field, and enter the number of minutes (must be greater than 15).
3. Press the Save softkey when done. Press the Back softkey to return to the Guest
Room Info page.
The wakeup call you just set is shown in the Wake Up call area of the display.
To set a wakeup call (not on a call with a guest):
1. Press the Guest Services softkey and tap on the Room Search area of the display.
2. Enter the room number for which you want to set the wakeup call and press the
Search softkey.
3. Tap the Wake Up area on the display.
4. Enter the Wake Up Time and use the NEXT softkey to adjust date if needed.
Note: If the guest wants a second wake up call, enter the number of minutes (must be greater than 15
minutes).
5. Press the Save softkey when done. Press the Back softkey to return to the Guest
Room Info page.
The wakeup call you just set is shown in the Wake Up call section of the display.
Clearing Wake Up Calls
To clear a single wakeup call (while on active call with guest):
1. The Wake Up section on the display lists the wake-ups presently set for the room.
2. Tap the Wake Up area on the display, and clear the wakeup by tapping the red X to
the right of the scheduled wakeup.
To clear a single wakeup call (not on a call with a guest room):
1. Press the Guest Services softkey and tap on the Room Search section of the
display.
