TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM
Tool is rotating slowly
Excessive noise / vibration
Unit will not run
NOTE: FIGURES (ILLUSTRATIONS) START ON PAGE 12
AFTER FRENCH AND SPANISH LANGUAGE SECTIONS.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Direction of rotation selector is in low speed
position
Lack of lubrication
Drive gear cover is missing from drive gear
Drive gear cover is torn or damaged
Direction of rotation selector is in "O"
position
Trigger lock lever valve is jammed down
inside the tool.

SOLUTION
Make sure to set selector to maximum
speed setting
Oil tool
Ensure no damage to teeth on drive gear
and receiving head - place on new gear
cover
Replace gear cover
Make sure to set selector to maximum
speed setting
Take to service center
