The cooking temperature can be increased or reduced anytime
during use.
Grill and over-baking mode
Note: This mode is well-suited for cooking thin, tender cuts of meat, poultry and fish with evenly
distributed heat.
•
Open the glass door (9) and insert the crumb tray (16).
•
Place the grill rack (11) on the upper rack guide. Insert food and close the glass door.
•
Set the Temp control

Set the Function control
•
Set the Time control
•
After cooking finishes, set the Function control
Roasting mode
Note: This mode is intended for cooking beef, pork, whole chicken or fowl.
•
Open the glass door (9) and insert the crumb tray (16).
•
Unscrew thumbscrew and remove skewers from the Rotisserie
(13).
•
Apply some oil on the Rotisserie (13) and spear food at the center.
•
Attach skewers to the Rotisserie (13), locking food on both sides
and secure with the thumbscrews.
•
Attach pointed end of the Rotisserie (13) to the spit drive socket (3)
and the square end to the spit support (1).
•
Set the Temp control

Set the Function control
•
Set the Time control
•
After cooking finishes, set the Function control

Remove the Rotisserie (13) using the spit handle (12). Make sure
not to touch or damage the heating elements.
