Err1 Water inlet stage is taking more than
normal time.
Err2 Drain stage is taking more than nor-
mal time.
Err3 Heating is taking more than normal
time. Water is not reaching the re-
quired temperature
Err4 Overfilled with water
Err6 Temperature sensor failed
Err7 Temperature sensor failed

Filtering System

The filter prevents that large particles of food or other objects get inside the pump. This resi-
dues can occasionally clog up the filters.

Possible Cause
Water supply is closed.
Drain hose is placed too high.
Malfunction of temperature sensor or
heating element.
Too much inlet water
Open circuit or defective temperature
sensor
Short circuit or defective temperature
sensor
Main filter (1). Food and soil particles
trapped by this filter are pulverized by a spe-
cial water jet on the lower spray arm and
washed down to the drain.
Coarse filter (2). Larger items, such as pieces
of bone or glass, that could clog the drain are
trapped in the coarse filter. To remove an
item caught in this filter, gently squeeze the
tabs on the top of this filter and lift it out.
Fine filter (3). This filter holds soil and food
residue in the sump area and prevents it
from being sent back to the load during a
cycle.
