Use this menu to clear the cache or delete cookies or
to change the browser display settings.
Empty cache: clear the cache. The cache is a
temporary memory site that stores recently
accessed web pages.
Empty cookie: delete cookies. Cookies are pieces
of personal information sent to a web server while
navigating the web.
Cookie options: change the cookie acceptance
mode.
Preferences: change the browser display and
sound settings.
About browser: access version and copyright
information about the browser.

Browser settings

(Menu 4.7)
Use this menu to select a connection profile to be used
for accessing the wireless web. You can also create or
edit a profile.

Messages

Use the Messages menu to send and receive text
messages, multimedia messages, and e-mails. You
can also use Voice mail, Push message, and Cell
broadcast message features.
To access this menu, press <Menu> in Idle mode and
select Messages.

Create message

(Menu 5.1)
Use this menu to create and send messages.
Text message
(Menu 5.1.1)
Short Message Service (SMS) allows you to send or
receive text messages.
1. Enter your message.
The maximum number of characters allowed in a
message varies by service provider. If your
message exceeds the maximum number of
characters, the phone will split the message.
