Remove the receiver with a dentist hook.
MAKE SURE THAT THERE ARE NO RESIDUES OF ADHESIVE LEFT
IN THE CAVITY
BE CAREFULL NOT TO DAMAGE THE SPRING CONNECTORS ON

DIRECTION
Mount a new receiver with a blunt pair of tweezers.
