SGCZ2600DL/SGCZ2600DW 6. Set up <SGCZ2600DL> MOUNTING ENGINE 1. Install the engine to the drive shaft so that the cylin- der head and the stop switch may come on the same side. 2. Using attached four bolts, secure the connection firmly with equal force (Torque: 25in-lbs)(Torque: 2.8 N.m.). - Page 9 6. Set up CUTTERCASE WARNING The blade has very sharp edges. Be sure to use pro- tective gloves whenever handling it. 1. Remove the fastening screw(long) and the lock screw(short) from the cuttercase. 2. While aligning the locking holes, install the cuttercase assembly to the shaft casing.

• The Zenoah engines are lubricated by oil specially formulated for air-cooled 2-cycle gasoline engine use. If Zenoah oil is not available, use an anti-oxidant added quality oil expressly labeled for air-cooled 2-cycle engine use (JASO FC GRADE OIL or ISO EGC GRADE). -

8. Operation STARTING ENGINE WARNING The cutting head will start rotating upon the engine starts. 1. Rest the unit on a flat, firm place. Keep the cutting head off the ground and clear of surrounding objects as it will start rotating upon starting of the engine. 2. - Page 12 SGCZ2600DL/SGCZ2600DW 8. Operation ADJUSTING THE MAXIMUM SPEED<SGCZ2600DL> • The screw at the throttle lever is for adjusting the maxi- mum rpm. • Turning the screw crock-wise, the rpm becomes down, the otherwise, the rpm becomes up. (STANDARD OP- ERATION SPEED: 8000 to 9500 rpm) Running engine with faster engine speed than 9500 rpm may damage the engine, slower engine speed than 8000 rpm may cause of the poor cutting ability.
